House To Home Property Inspections has served the Ottawa home inspection market for more than 8 years. Owner and Inspector, Clarke McNair RHI, is a Registered Home Inspector and a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and the Canadian Association of Property and Home Inspectors (CAPHI).
Over the years, Clarke McNair has successfully completed almost 2000 residential and commercial property inspections. Each inspection is conducted by Clarke and reviewed with the client to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
In addition to the years of practical experience, Clarke McNair completed his home inspection training at Humber and Algonquin colleges, where he successfully passed the Part 9 Ontario Building Code exams. Continuing Education courses are taken each year to stay current with modern building practices.
