A: Unless we’re fully booked, there’s always an inspector ready to go. Try booking as far in advance as you can to get the best time that works for you.

A: About 2.5 to 3 hours.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We operate 7 days a week.

Q: What are your fees and what payment methods do you accept?
A: 2015 Fees: small condo $300 and up, townhome $350 and up, single family home $400 and up. Prices are subject to HST. Payment is made at the time of inspection and can be paid by cash, cheque, or credit card.
